Not So Traditional Christmas Lunch
On the second day of Christmas we eat cookies for breakfast in bed. We spend the whole morning in bed. We sleep, or cuddle, or read, or watch movies… Until, around lunchtime, we start to have horrible stomachaches caused by all the sweets we ate for breakfast. Then we heat the husleves without chicken, of course and eat some. It always helps. It puts us back on track so we can visit our families and eat some more unhealthy stuff at theirs. Again. And again. And again.

Vegan “Bolognese” Sauce
In Cluj you can buy minced tofu from Kaufland. I hope they have it all over the world, but I never checked. It is a life changer if you have a cruelty free diet but you used to love food made from meat. I use this alternative meat for cabbage a la Cluj, filled paprika soup and for bolognese sauce, but I also tried other recipes with minced meat with it, and it worked very well each time.
